Discovery and Recovery are the deep work of Holy Spirit renewing the mind — a reprogramming of the soul, which encompasses a person’s thinking, choosing, and feeling. This process involves exchanging worldly perspectives for God’s, applying biblical strategies to overcome sin’s habits that aggressively hunt and haunt us like a predator.

  • When NHE uses the term ‘discovery’, we mean — trusting Holy Spirit to open hearts with God’s Word for help and healing.
  • When NHE uses the term ‘recovery’, we mean — trusting Holy Spirit to exchange our self-life for God’s Life.

Discovery and Recovery are received through a surrendered heart. As we war against sin’s struggles and habits, with tactical and weaponized prayer, alongside biblical gameplans and strategies, we embrace Jesus’ Life, bask in His Light, and bath in His Love — He becomes our new reality. Our help and healing of broken hearts — of disordered thoughts, destructive choices, and damaged emotions.

As Holy Spirit uses God’s Word to help and heal the soul, discovery and recovery explode into embracing, ensuing, and enjoying Jesus’ Life as one’s true identity — new reality. This Find True Identity Discipleship, this tactical and weaponized prayer, these biblical gameplans and strategies offer studentX an opportunity to receive and experience newness of Life!

The Prize: Our ultimate discovery of & recovery through God’s Life:

  • overwhelms the heart with surrender — not I but Christ in me
  • overpowers the heart with true acceptance, belonging, and competence (God’s ABCs)
  • overcomes the enemy, the world, and the flesh — the me, myself, and I syndrome (the self-life)

Readily recognize what He wants from you, and quickly respond to it.
